What do the statuses of content mean?

Content statuses are how to determine where a piece of content is in the writing process. Status can help determine the next step in the process.

The different Statuses

Analyzing: Analyzing status means the content is in the process of collecting data from competitors

Editing: Editing status is used when the writer is writing the content or using AI to generate the content

Waiting Approval: Waiting approval status is used when the content is written but is being reviewed before approval.

Approved: Approved status is used when the content has been approved and is ready for implementation.

Published: Published status is the last step and is used when content is done and has been published
